Howdy. For the last five years I've been abusing a single DW5000 pedal with the offset cam. It's performed well. I recently got the bug to try some double bass pedals. I first tried the DW9002 and was very disappointed. The action was very smooth but they just felt sluggish. I just assumed the big fat cams were just too heavy. Sooo, I anted up and picked up a pair of Trick pedals. Their engineering and ease of use is great. However, I can't get a decent amount of rebound off the head.

Is anyone else familiar with these pedals? I've made a gazillion adjustments but my old DW smokes the Tricks as far as speed and rebound go. I'd hate to have to sell these so quickly. Any suggestions?
