For small jazz gigs I use; 1 standard hi-hat with 14" A zildjian, 1-16" Paiste Sig.
crash & 1-20" Paiste Sig ride. A 5"x14" snare, 8"x10" tom, 14"x16" tom, & the 18"x22" bass. Works great.
For larger groups; (left to right from throne) 1-16" Paiste Sig Crash, 1-18" Paiste Sig Crash / Ride, 1-14" A Zildjian on DW cable hat, 1-12" Paiste Sig Splash, 1-14" Sabian 14" Crash, 1-15" A Zildjian on DW cable hat, 1-20" Paiste Sig Ride, & 1-17" Paiste Sig Crash.
Drums ( from left to right) 13" & 14" Timbales, 7"x8" tom, 8"x10" tom, 9"x12" tom, 12"x14"tom,
14"x16"tom, & 18"x22" bass. For the larger set-up, I'd like to add an 8" & 10" splash. |
