My Companies "House Brand Cymbals" We need a series name/win a free cymbal !!
Hey everyone, It's T here, president of Cymbals & Snares. " The Home of the Other Name Brands" Some of you may have noticed our adds on this site or Yahoo and Google. My company not only retails Percussion products we also have a Wholesale division. We are the US distributors for Silken Cymbals and we will announce the addition of a second Distributorship deal we have with a foriegn manufacture to bring thier products into the US market within the next 60 days. As a Wholesaler/Distributor it really is encumbent upon us to offer our commercial Customers a " house brand " sorta speak of products. All major US wholesalers have proprietary labels they market various products under. LPD music has TKO, Universal percussion owns Wuhan Cymbals and several other labels as well as thier house brand "Cannon". TMP Distributors has " On stage" another company markets thier house brand "New York pro ". I think you get the idea. Anyway one of our first products we decided to do Was a line of Cymbals. We could have simply paid to have any number of companies to simply Re-Brand a line of Cymbals for us. But we decided against that. We instead found a company to manufacture a line of Cymbals to our specifications. We told them we wanted to develop a line of rock/Metal Cymbals. We started out with samples from two of thier lines as a starting point. We asked for various changes from weights to lathing patterns, Bell size ect,ect. It took roughly a year to complete, But our Final prototypes are Done. The reason I'm posting this is too get some feedback from as many drummers as possible before we decide to press ahead with production. So I'm not selling anything Just looking for input.
