One of the most pointless pecises of drum equitment that a percussionist can buy (in my opinion) is a gong. But even though i know this I really want one and have always wanted one. What drum solos have you guys ever heard a gong in and how did that particular drummer use it?
In your guy's opinion is a gong pointless, or can it serve a purpose??
