New Cymbal Set-Up

I am beginning ordering a new custom drum set at the first of next year and I am going to get all new cymbals too. ( the ZXTs have got to go lol)

I am going to a bunch of music shops this weekend and I was just wondering if anyone had some ideas on a few to keep in mind.

My band plays heavy pop rock and we are beginning to move toward hardcore/light metal. Any suggestions for this style?

SABIAN AAXplosion come in mind ( they are somewhat versatile) or you cant also look at AAX stage series... (Mike Portnoy use lot of stage serie cymbals)

Zildjian A custom is a good choice for the music you plan to play.

GEt into that store and play whatever is on the rack. If it's a good store, they will let you set up different cymbals on a kit to find out what you like. Don't be afraid to ask for assistance, these guys are going to be taking your money so make them earn it.
