Re: Cheap/Durable Cymbals

I have personally have never played Paiste cymbals, Though I have heard that they tend to crack easily. I have been using Sabain XS cymbals and I got a complete set including a hard case for a steal! So far these cymbals have holding up well, but I can guess what it come down to is your playing style. You might want to consider the Paiste cymbals as the price is right, I am just saying what I have heard about them.

Re: Cheap/Durable Cymbals

I have a 18in PST Paiste Crash/Ride. now i think its a good cymbal. now if your looking for a crash, i think you should wait and save your mony for a Sabian B8 Pro Series. they sound good, and i have a medium and it hasn't cracked yet, so from what i can see, they last long.

if i were you, i would wait untill i have the money for the cymbol i want, not the one i can afford.
