Re: Best cymbal make

Hey church,
Do you think I should keep my current snare and put it on that one?
I just got new heads on it. Remo weatherking.
Or should I get a new snare?

Depends on the current snare, and what you are doing with the old set. Generally if you're happy with the current snare sound, and everything on it works (throw offs, etc) why not keep it and use it until you feel you're ready for and can afford an upgrade. The only reason I can think of for not keeping your current snare is that the finish matches your current set, and you want to get the best trade-in or resale value out of the that kit.

Re: Best cymbal make

Yeah I'm kind of worried about that too.
The current snares finish might not match the
new sets finish.
I guess I'll have to figure that out.
Now my second option would be a Sonor eXtreme force 20 set in black,
or the sonor force 2007 studio shell pack.
