I love the clean, crisp, cutting sonic beauty of 12 - inch hats. In looking at replacing my hi hats, I'm thinking that I'll go for a 12 - inch pair. Can anyone tell me of the cheapest pair of 12 - inch hats on the market, just so I have a point of reference?

And, as an aside, what is YOUR opinion on 12 - inch hats?

In my opinion I would go for the Zildjian one, not just cause I'm a Zildjian guy, but because I personally like those ones better (heard both at a music store)
