I have the b8s and the crashes aren't bad but the hats blow. So I am trying to find a better pair that sounds better when played open.

Sabain B8s are probably best quality. Every cymba in the b8 quality sounds great except fo the hats. are you looking to buy these cymbals or are u just curious. if its sabian im ur man.

How's the Xs20 16" crash? I'm looking for a fast crash, faster than the B8, and I'm looking at AAXplosion fast crash, or the Xs20 thin crash.
