Im expecting my money situation to improve in a couple of months (only slightly) so i was thinking of doing a cymbal upgrade.

Now this is my current situation, My hi hat is horrible and my crash sounds like a bin lid (as they are what came with the starter kit)

NOW
Do i upgrade these one of these (If i do which one do i get first), do i get a new china which i have always wanted OR do i get like a cymbal pack? Im guessing i will have about £200 to spend

Please help, i am horribly indecisive! lol

ya... if it were me i would upgrade what i have, not buy more and have one good cymbal and a bunch of bad ones. i would upgrade the cymbal that sounds worse to you. you can get a cymbal pack, like you said, but idk how much money you have in my currency, so i cant really suggest any. you might end up being just below semi-pro quality cymbals and quite a bit above beginner cymbals in ways of what you can afford, but then i dunno

if you can, upgrade both. thats my advice.

Ok, I am going for the Cymbal pack to upgrade the hi hat and crash.

Personally I would try and buy a good one, then wait, then another good one. Usually medium quality should do. I still have my ride and one crash cymbal I started with.
