Zildjian Z3's - Recommendations?

Hey there. I'm about to get a completely new kit and while the drums themselves are hard enough to narrow down, the cymbal selections have grown to so many different types and groups and price ranges it really can be confusing. I checked out a pretty cool web site mycymbals.com which you can hear actual demos. Anyway, I like the sound of the Z3's, but I haven't seen a thin crash in the line up. My selection isn't money driven-I can afford pretty much anything, so I'm not even interested in the low budget models. I'm looking for 14" hi hats, 10" splash, 16" and 18" crashes (I'd like one to be thin 1 medium) and probably a 20 or 22" med ride. I play rock/classic rock, mostly, but nothing is off limits. I appreciate your comments and feedback.

That must have been pretty cool. I'm pretty sure that I'll go with the Z3s unless I just hear something that I really like better. Thanks

I've tried the Z3's and they were pretty nice if you get them Im sure you'll be happy. But im more of a sabian guy so i would recommend you look at sabians AAX and HHX line they have some great cymbals in those line. It sounds like you might really like the AAX fast crashes. They are thin and have a great sound. Heres a video of mine that i posted on youtube.
Also if you are worried about the quality of sabian cymbals for any reason all their high-end cymbals are hand checked for sound quality up to 3 times before they leave the factory. Also they have a 2 year warranty.
