Triple VS: drumn00b, drummerambiguity, & butter And so, the time signature battle begins...
The rules are as follows: No 4/4, 2/4, 8/8, or anything classified as common meter.

Re: Triple VS: drumn00b, drummerambiguity, & butter Ok, here's my entry.
I kinda just jumped into this battle, but I'm glad I did. I don't usually mess around with odd meter because I'm lazy, so this really required me to have to do something. I had to learn! Anyway, I dunno how the other two are with different time signatures, but I think I'll do well.
The beginning is in 7/4 and then it's mostly 6/8, but I may have done some other stuff, too. I dunno since I didn't bother to count, I just played anything that sounded like it was odd meter (how unprofessional of me).
Good luck! |

Re: Triple VS: drumn00b, drummerambiguity, & butter Very well done by all 3. Now for my 2 wooden nickles.
Before I vote, let me ask you something. Where do I see you in 5 years?
Butter - Jazz/Funk drummer
Drumminguity - Soul/Rock/Funk drummer
Drum00b - Chronologically/Power/Jazz/Rock drummer
But then again, you know how opinions go. Every one's got one.
Great work all around guys. | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
