Skinslapper those conditions seem fine although my solo jam would probably be improved as I have not played an arranged solo in many many years. As far as what to be judged on I say vote for who they think sounds the best. I don't see another way because we are not mic'ing and mixing so it would be difficult to here alot of the detail. |
I agree with you Mr. Der. One mic, come on Mr. Skin, give us a break. My son also agrees with me as for the one mic thing, and he graduates from college this year in "Entertainment Technologies". I saw the last competition and I have Bose speakers hooked up to my PC, I noticed quite a few notes missing.
As Yoda says" DO or DO NOT".
Lets get professional here, and break that piggy bank a little, or rent the equipment. Make a big impression is what all of us want.
As for Mr. Der, I had a Lumpectomy done on the L4/L5 with fusion 7 years ago. It ain't pretty. That discomfort even, I play with it, but have learned to cope with it provided the weather conditions are right. I know recently that the conditions there within your area vary, but as for Mr. Skin, a big dry spell in his area.
I'm rooting for Mr. Der. He's got a handy cap and I'm waiting to here if Mr. Skin's got one.
So let's give Mr. Der some time to re-coop, I can relate to that.
Take your time Mr. Der and hope you get well soon.
Good Luck to both of you, and Many Blessings.
