Just a post of my first ever attempt at any kind of recording/mixing etc...
Biffy clyro - mountains - great fun song to play.
Before you listen to it, let me say a few things -
1) it is audio only.
2) The recording equipment is basically a mobile phone mic lol, just for testing purposes. Causes the drums to sound very harsh, even after normalising and trying to bring up the low tones, very very harsh indeed.
3) Mixed on Sound Forge, may be very very slightly out of sync with the background music, its basically been thrown together as a bit of a test to see if the process works.
I need some better mic equipment, this has been really fun. Would love to team it with some video as well! Watch this space!
