hey guys, i know this isnt a drum solo, but i wasnt sure where else to post this. I joined a rock band and i wanted you guys to check it out, give me your honest opinion. the songs on the site are just demo's so dont tell me that the production is crappy because i already know that

What kind of Tamas are those?
What did you use to record those demos?

You sound good. I listened to sunrise and so be it. How long have you all been together? Your drumming is good, not too busy. Honestly, your snare sounds terrible in sunrise. That may be because the recording isn't like top quality, but I dunno. If it really does sound bad, tune it up sorry.

The rest of the band sounds pretty good, as well. I can't figure out who your singer sounds like. If it comes to me, I'll post it up. I like the bass lines.

the tama set in the pictures is a tama swing start kit but we used a yamaha custom birch series to record the songs. the band has been around for a few years but i just joined 3-4 months ago. we try to make the music a little progressive so the approach at the kit has to be just right for what the other instruments call for. I was not happy with the snare sound on sunrise either. i have since changed snares. thank you so much for the feedback man!
