Here's an improvised practice video. There are lots of mistakes, as it was improvised and this was my warmup. Constructive criticism is encouraged.

Sound quality isn't excellent, but pretty good considering I recorded it on my digital camera (Canon Powershot SD870IS).

Not too bad but one piece of advice to get more life out of your cymbals. It seemed like your crash was angeled pretty steep. With a crash, you want to keep it almost flat so you don't have to hit it as hard to get a louder sound out of it. You also don't want the nuts too tight as to allow the cymbal to decay naturally. Just some things I have learned.
