just signed up and looking forward to all the info! i'm in wisconsin and started like many of you in the 5th grade. played for years!! then all but stopped...always regreting it and pissing my wife off by obsessivley pounding on our cars steering wheel to any and every song. I just went out at Christmas and bought myself a vintage (70-ish) ludwig double base nine piece (all power-toms) huge kit. this drum set is in absolute MINT conditon in their mohogany finish with a number of sabian cymbals. I got a hell of a deal on it as well. now i'm 49! some time has passed but honestly all came back pretty quick however, i got some work to do. Lots of stuff has changed through the years! I grew up with the scheurelle family and my friends brother is Casey Scheurelle. He doesn't know it and I have not seen him since i was a kid but, he was my inspiration regarding my interest in percussion. He's done well! If you dont know who he is...look him up and get his books! I should've went to Berkley! well hey...hello fellow drummers! I'm gonna have a lot a frigin' questions!!!!!
