okay so I've been wanting to get a new snare drum ever since I found out that my snare was bad.
I found the black panther series snare drums and can someone recommend me one of them please.

Quite a few to choose from Black Panther. It's a brand name.

the brass snare is great i own one it is warm and fat soft when you need it to be and loud when you need it to be. fat cat brass
