Hi from little Belgium !
First: I apologize for the mistakes; my tale is french.
I played rock with little groups (to have boys and girls dancing), when I was 16/17, about 1961, 62... Drums: ASBA (french little make then), LUDWIG, I loved it ... and a PREMIER; I think it was the best then.
Played Shadows (it's a pity they are not sufficiently known in US, but it is another story, bad managing...).
Then just after, played Beatles, for sure...
And I quit for high school and got married...
NOW, I'm 60, stop working like a mad one... and bought new drums (Pearl All Birch).
AAOOOOWOUCHHHH, old hands !
I play 60's rocks with two old friends.
My favorite groups: TOTO, JAMIROQUAI, and good oldies like Chuck Berry -when his guitar is correctly tuned!- , Eddy Cochran, Buddy Holly, what else ?
New material ! New sounds ! I've many questions but later !

Belgium...wow. Welcome to the forum! I know about The Shadows, with Brian Bennett on drums? For people who havent heard of him check out the song/drum solo "Little B." awesome drumming.
