Hi, I just joined and posted my drums in the gallery, jdarnell50. I am in the process of recovering another set, 1971 Rogers, recovering it Black Oyster Pearl. I will post pictures of it when it is done.

I'm playing in a contemporary church band now, I use to play classic rock, Beatles, Stones, etc. The guy I played with when I was 16 is the same guy I play with now. Who woulda thought. I am 56, boy am I old. I still love the 60s stuff. One story is we got booked in a country western bar, and we play rock. We knew one song that was country and it was Folsom Prison Blues by Johnny Cash, must have played it at least 10 times that night.

That's how Dom Famularo started. About ten different renditions of "ticket to ride". Glad to have you here. Can't wait to see that next kit.

Welcome aboard, Rogers, tells me you have a good taste for good drums. The old great ones like Buddy Rich used Rogers. My first kit was a 1959 Ludwig 4 pcs Black Onyx. Now I own a Gretsch 9pcs. Looking forward to seeing the new kit.
