Tip O' the Sticks fellow skinners.

New to the forum and recently retrurned to active playing after a couple decade rest....I'm well rested and playing DWs 22,14,12,10,8 maples ( 16" and 18" floor coming soon). Floating Pearl Snare. Ex Wife didn'g get the 3 matched 16" A.Zs ( thin, med, rock crash ), 14" hats from the early 80s (to be buried with me when I die, might need 'em there too....ya never know). Added Paiste 20" 2002 ride, 18" mk1 full and dark crsh, as well as 14 (cut 16) fast crash and 12" splash Paiste sigs, 20" Z China Trash. Joined the forum to learn more about the turkish cymbals such as the Istanbul AGOPs. Would welcome any and all comments, or links to mp3 samples of such. I think I'm getting a cymbal fetish.... just can't stop myself.

As well, going to be looking to join up with fellow blues rockers in Chicago. Still got some to give.

Thanks ! Kinda building the "dream kit" if such a place really exists ! So many drums and cymbals and so little time. Can't wait to get live again. I'll post the pic ( also will be the avatar ) when I get them moved to a friends home studio. He's got the pro tools. Like your kit I've got them racked, but finding my gibralter is a bit cumbersome to move....need to look at others that are a bit more friendly if I'm going to move them around at all. How do you like the pearls in that regard ? any recomendations ? thanks again.
