Just joined . I've been a singer, drummer, and guitar player for over 40 years. I have an old vintage Ludwig trap set I've played since the 60's. I've been recording using MIDI drums but I'm not satisfied with the sound so I just purchased the OSP DD502 MKII electronic drum set (not delivered yet) to see if I can improve the recordings with a live drum sound. Any one have any experience using the OSP?

Welcome to the forum Tom. I've never owned electronic drums but I attended a clinic last week and the drummer was showing off the new Yamaha electronic kit. The range of beautiful acoustic kit sounds he could pull out of that thing was amazing...not to mention the percussion and guitar and bass sounds. I guess the sky is the limit with those things.
