Welcome rastabeat.....I could try to describe how to sit up a drum kit, but as they say a picture is worth a thousand words. Log into "You Tube" and key in...How to sit up a drum kit...There are several short video postings that may be of more help than someone trying to verbally describe the process. You will pick up on it faster than you think, and before you know it, it will become second nature...best of luck.

Theres no real way of setting up your drum set and cymbals - Its up to you! however, there are of course basic standard setups that are appropriate for most drummers. Check out this blog that has a few suggestions that you may like to consider.
