Re: My Introduction!!

Greetings Michael3!

Let me be the first to welcome you to the forum! Here you will find some of the best information around for beginning drummers right up to the most advanced artists in the world. The folks here share information about every style of drumming you could imagine so jump right in.

Do you take formal lessons or use any online instructional sites? This forum has a bunch of links you can use to find these services, and the folks here will be able to help you with any questions you have along the way. Why don't you describe the drum set you have now and tells us your likes and dislikes so we can try to help you find your path to the new set? Have you gone to any music stores in your area to try out the different brands that are available? That's probably the best way to decide what to set your sights on, as you will be able to get a real feel for what suits you. There is a huge variety of kits available that will suit any drummers needs, and it is best to get a 'hands on' feel for them all.
