Hello

Hey everybody,

I just got my first set... tbh i dont even kno what it is, but that is part of the reason I am on here.

I been playing for just about 2 weeks, I live in remote Northern Alberta, Canada and therefore I haven't found anybody who is any good at showing me anything about it. I am looking for tips on playing, and where I should begin. Since i barely know anything, any help would be appreciated!

thanks, Squeaky

Re: Hello

Welcome to DSC Squeaky. If you can't afford a drumming lessons, there are free learning websites.

There is also YouTube. First you need to learn drumming rudiments, then get into rolls and then combination's.

For most beginners I suggest learning "The Moller Method". Then you can figure it out from there.
