Who is better Neil Peart or Mike Portnoy?

I really don't have an answer for this question personally. I like them both. I thinnk their kits are awesome (even though Mike's is alittle overkill in my personal opinion.)

Personally I prefer Neil work than Mike. I think Neil is more of a complete drummer than Mike. I would like to hear MP doing latin, fusion, jazz etc... beats.

Yeah I would agree that Neil Peart if a lot more versatile than Mike Portnoy. They're both excellent drummers but if I had to pick, I'd go with Neil.
