I was listoning to pink floyd's dark side of the moon the other day and was thinking wow this drumer is really good and I had never relized just how good he is.
when you liston to it you dont really think about it but when you you look deeper into the music you relize just how good he really is by making the drums fit the parts just wonderfully and helping blend them all together to make some really great songs.
what do you all think.
Yeah, I agree with you. That's really what differentiates a good drummer from a great one. A good drummer has amazing chops, good coordination and technique, and sounds great. A great drummer however, knows how to utilize all of that same stuff in the song and make it sound so much better.
