HA HA, That was classic! I just love Animal. Moreso I love how many drummers I've met who list him as their first influence.

Even Brain Mantia (Primus/ Guns N Roses), his first ever kit was a toy set with Animal all over it.

I think we have lot more now than there was when he was n his prime but I would have to say that someone that studied a lot of his works for the memorial conserts was neil peart, but there are so many other drummers that are up there on the same playing feild as him.
