That's George Kollias of the band Nile (just in case you didn't know). He holds one of the records for fastest single stroke on bass.

I have always been up in the air about this guy.He is impressive but comes across very dull and repetitiously boring on Nile's releases.I don't know I guess I like a bit more movement around the kit.
