I just saw a sweet video on youtube the other day. Some swedish dude, i think it was called "The Swedish Gravity Roll". Sorry I can't post the link, I'm at work, but it is a sick technique. Pretty easy to get the motion going too. I had it after a few minutes. Just need to clean it up now.
