So many to choose from...

Dave Haley- Psycroptic, The Amenta, Ruins + any other bands he recently joined lol.

I LOVE his drumming on Pyscroptic's second album, very interesting for an extreme metal drummer. Plus, I'm Tasmanian also, so TASMANIAN PRIDE!

Dave Lombardo - Slayer

Doesn't over-do the double kick, fills always in right place doing the right thing, simple when needed and technical when needed. He is great.

Bill Ward - Black Sabbath.

Not amazingly technical, not spastically fast, but he is however, I think, very interesting to listen too.

I listen to different types of drummers. Jazz, blues, rock, funk etc. But here's my top drummers list:

John Bonham
Chad Smith
Jeff Porcaro
Mike Portnoy
Will Kennedy
Carter Beauford
Vic Mercado(A very under-rated drummer)
Akira Jimbo
Tommy Taylor
Jose Pasillias(However you spell his name)

Chris Adler is in some fine company there.Do you think he fits there?I had to make a metal list and an "other" list...I mean he's good, but up there w/ Krupa and Rich?
