For sheer power and beat it has to be Genetix by The Stranglers.

A band not generally known in the US. The drummer, Jet Black, played in dance bands in the 50s and is still playing with The Stranglers in his 70s.

Came across a CD of Ugly Mus-tard (an industrial metal band) I have had for years and was listening to it and heard the intro to the song "Twist and Shake". Not sure it gives you a shiver, but very cool sounding for sure.

I'm surprised that no one has said Pain Killer by Judas Priset yet lol. I also have to contribute The Outlaw Torn by Metallica. The entire drum track for that song just slithers so well with everything else, I love it.
