Mine would have to be Third Eye by Tool. Is has this awesome drum intro that plays over these swerling guitar parts, and everytime I hear it now it takes me back their 97 show when they opened with it. I thoughly recomend this song to any music lover.

Yeah - Third Eye is an awesome track. There are so many cool intros out there - I'm surprised no-one else has contributed to this thread.

Peart's opening rolls on that are cool.

I also like Lust For Life- Iggy Pop, can't remember the Stooges drummers' name atm.
Still a great beat though.
