just because neil peart is considered the best (most of the time) doesnt mean he has to be on his list. the list is titled FAVORITE and MOST INFLUENTIAL drummers, not drummers the majority of the drumming community consider the best.
he would be on my list, but its personal preference.

Can't you guys agree that making a "list" is pretty hard?
I mean, you got people that disagree with you, people that do agree,
and people that just don't get it at all.

I think Symptom was the smarter guy, he said MY favorite.
Not the majority or who he thinks should be everyones favorite.
and to that, Kudos to Symptom.

And also, think thats a nice list you've got there.
Neil Peart would be on my list, but again this is YOUR list.

Cheers and happy drumming everyone!

wow ,amazing people took offense to that , i notice people get very angry if some one on here has any input of any kind and for sure if it does not go there way they get mad, seen to much of this on here , dont need the drama , time to drop this sight and find another.

No, I was just looking at the conversation.
Sorry if it seemed as if I was, but I wasn't.

I was just saying how most of the time when someone makes a list, the conversation usually flares up. Would you agree? And putting MY in the title, was a pretty smart thing to me.

Gjones,
I can understand. A persons misunderstanding shouldn't lead to
someone leaving the site. So just give it time.
I thought he was saying who The Most influential drummers are too.
But he was just saying who his where.
Cheers everyone.

Ohh, Ahhh, oei,

I really like this forum (Drumset Connect) for the tolerance we have here with regards to each other opninion, one should be able to vent ones opninion.
There is a lot of goodwill here, and a lot of help is provided to the ones that ask for it.
I have been called extremely opiniated, well, of course I am!!
That's the hallmark of a democracy, we all agree to differ!

When subscribers strongly disagree does not automatically mean that they are angry, and even if they are, so what!
A bit of firework is healthy, and sometimes real funny, and means that this forum is not your usual mutual admiration society.

Cheers and Happy Drumming,

Harry
