Help with triggers!!

I don't know why my message has been deleted.

I questioned about triggers. I have the Red Shot Ddrum triggers and a module Yamaha DTXplorer. I haven't gotten the triggers work well with my module. I have some questions;

Is it possible my module work not well with these triggers?

Do I have to mute my drumheads?

I hope answers, thanks!
