Exclamation Help about a vintage Ludwig kit!

Hello all I have been researching and my research has led me here to you all. I have aquired a vintage Ludwig kit. It is a red acrylic shell and it has 5 toms and a bass. It did not come with a snare. I have a feeling it would come with a steel snare though. I noticed the rack toms don't have bottome hoops which I knew was big back in the 70's. I have the sizes and serial numbers for each drum:
13in- 1580759
14in- 1581770
15in- 1580753
16in- 1580439
18in- 1580676
Bass- 1581453
If anyone knows anything, I would be very appreciative of any information, be it the going price, the age, price when it was brand new.

I tried to upload a photo but it failed for some reason.

Look up the Drum Badge list. There is a section to find the serial # comparison.

As to finding out the value, check out EBay and Craigs list to see what their worth.
