How do you sit? How do you sit on your drum throne? High, low?
I sit sorta high. I feel I have better posture this way. (I could be wrong.) |

| | I sit semi low-high so I guess some where in the middle, I know the biggest thing on sitting on there is posture but I am really bad about slouching over the kit and it just seems to get worst as I play faster untill I am almost hitting myself in the head (and it happens sometimes ) |

| | | Yeah I'm high too. Literally not figuratively. And I've also got strangely good posture behind the drums. It's great for rehab if I've busted my back. Like I needed another excuse. |

| | | I like to sit on the edge of the throne, not too high, but definitely not low either. Usually it takes me a while to get comfortable but sitting on the throne comfortable can really help when reaching toms and playing beats. Also, good posture is key for endurance and good balance on the set. |

| | I also sit kinda high. I don't really know why, but if I'm too low, I tend to not stretch my back, and it really damages my playing.
And it's nice that the audience is able to actually see you above the drums, and not just a pair of sticks sometimes appearing. |

Happy drumming. | I can navigate and work the computer pretty well but there are some things I still dont know about like "Spam".
What is Spam and how can I tell if its Spam or just the wierd ramblings of some Knucklehead?.
What is the definition of "Spam"?.
Oh, I see the word "Banned" under his User Name, but I still dont know what Spam is or who it hurts and why?. |

Re: Life in pleasure. Homeularis,
I have accidentally banned you from Drumset Connect. I was busy banning spammers, and I read your post where you copied the spammer's post, and I banned you before I realized you are not a spammer. As I have never done this before, I don't know how to rectify it. I have contacted Der Trommler to help me with this. If you change your name, you will be able to post, but you may not want to do that. I'm very sorry for this mistake.
Spam is any content posted to the drum forum which is not appropriate. It can range from graphic descriptions of sex to attempts to sell drugs to advertisements for a website to messages in a foreign language to gibberish. We get a lot of it because it's easy to post here since we want it to be easy for new members to post here. A person who posts spam is referred to as a spammer.
Again, I'm sorry about this, I need help fixing this, and I have asked for help.

Re: How do you sit? Yeah, with a user name like that, it's easy to get banned.
I accidentally banned a member once, ... once, and Der let me have it big time. I already lifted the ban.
You're Welcome.

Re: How do you sit? I sit fairly low, but I am taller than average and my set is setup low in relation to others' sets.
