Rack toms and floor toms which config?

What do you use?

I use 2 up, 1 down. I plan on getting an 8" tom and 16" floor tom to make it 3 up, 2 down.

My set up is sorta wierd. So heres a pic.

Its not purple though....Its black. I find this set up to be great for building up left hand skills. Whoa small pic...sorry.

My favorite setup is "two up, two down," a la Steve Gadd (in my case, 10/12/14/15 rack toms). (I've got a picture of this setup in the "gallery.")

Often times, tho, I'll just take a four-piece or thiree-piece kit on a gig. The four is the standard rack/floor combo (10 or 12 rack, 16 floor). For the three-piece, sometimes I use just a rack tom, other times just a floor tom, depending on the gig.

Two up, two down. Thinking of upgrading, might go three up.

right now I have 3 up 2 down but that is only because the rack I have wont hold another tom up top or I would have 4 up.
I have gotten really used to playing with 3 up and I think it gives you a lot more verstillty in some music to have a few more toms
