How much money do you blow on drums?

On average, how much money do you spend on drum related stuff every year? This includes drums, drum sets, cymbals, percussion instruments, drumming books and DVDs, Modern Drummer Magazine, sticks, etc.

This past year I think I only spent about 200 which is pretty low.

On average I'd say, about $100. I can't get alot of money usually to spend on all my music gear let alone my drum kit specifically, but just recently I came into a bit of cash. This year I'll be spending well over a grand on my kit.

November of last year I spent $570 on my PDP MX shell pack.

As for the rest of my drum gear I usually try to trade gear.

My snare drum building addiction usually totals several hundred dollars a year in shells and parts, but excluding that, I don't spend that much - maybe between $200 and $500 a year, depending on whether I buy any cymbals.
