Well, my favorite pedal is the Axis longboard. But that's to much for me so I'm planning on teh Pearl P122TW ....

more in my price range lol. Lotta people I know have the Iron Cobra though too, played one, it was nice, but that also is to much for my bank sadly.

paulse is what me and UPSTROKE plays, Im telling you were not the same age and dont play the same kind of music. also try DW 5ks
(5000...K= 1000) my friend has them and i couldnt stop fiddleing with them after a concert until some guys shut me up(under ground death metal). also abought the 5Ks they were the first double pedals where i under stood drumset connects speed controll(yes it took me a wile).

paulei can speed on them)around $65

DW 5000: $300

Compared to 9000 which are the best if you can afford(i would rather save for a car then spend $500 on foot pedals, personaly).

I also speed on Iron cobras(forgot price)...

Yeah DW make sweet pedals. And lots of the pro's use them too. Also checkout the pearl eliminator. You can adjust pretty much everything on them, including the cam and they play just as smooth as the DW.

If you're looking for a cheap alternative, the new gibralter pedals are very responsive also.

iono, I'd just get one of these 2 peddles... if you can't make it to a shop with some peddles to try out...
Pearl 122TW - http://www.musiciansfriend.com/produ...dal?sku=448787
PD by DW - http://www.musiciansfriend.com/produ...dal?sku=443592
DW 7002PT - http://www.musiciansfriend.com/produ...dal?sku=443464
Those atleast are the 3 I'm looking at that aren't expensive.

Im not too much of a fan of Pearl Hardware but i think those two other pedals look fine, PdP has low cost but is worth is and my friend plays death metal and the only reason i didnt use his pedals for my practice was he forgot his and his house was to far away.

he has the 7000
