I am looking in to up gradeing into a new set. looking for a smi pro to pro kit. i was looking to spend a max of $1500.00. i was checking out the mapex sets i found this one Mapex VX6245BA VX Ltd 6-Piece from zZounds.com! its the Mapex M Birch Rock 22
black on black. i have a swing star by tama. any advice?

any of it wud do..even a vintage drums can sound good if we tak a gud care of it...if the drums good, then it depend on us to make it sound good..any wud do =).

TRY USED YOU NEVER KNOW WHATS in store(mine sounds great). But the $700 is a great deal... PdP dosnt have as good of a name as DW but still can carry a beet...$800 for cymbals stands heads ect...
