Question Tama hyper drive supertsar

Hey I am just getting back to playing the drums after about 10 years. I never owned a set of my own just played on some really nice sets back when and I really like these new short tom hyper drive Tama's and have heard only good about them. Can I get some feed back on this.

Good to have you back amongst the percussive.

At this point you may not have the behind-the-kit time to know what you do and don't like in a kit. So all I can recomend is don't spend too much on something you'll be learning with. The hyper-drive seems to be an intermediate kit, so yeah, go for it.

Check out this site, it has great tips on choosing drum kits. Good luck and I want photos.

Thanks and yes im playing on a friends older version of the tama's rockstars, and they are ok but i played on the super stars when i went to the dealer's. They were so much nicer i'm gping to go with a meinel classic series cymbol set up, the im going for the 6 piece amber fade custom super stars. I will post pics thanks again.

This is an excellent choice for your first kit! If your going for a mid-class kit i'd recomend the tama hyperdrive or a kit from the pearl vision deries, they are probs the best value of kit avaliable in their class.

Yeah looks like one sweet set of buckets. Nothing compares to the mediocracy of the tama rockstar. Those things sound like your beating a dead horse, Litterally!!
