Hi Crazy Hippie,

The set up in the picture seems very unusual to me
Is that snare really that high up?
If that's the case you sure can only play this configuration while standing up?

Can you point out the benefits of this set up?

Different bro! I'd be interested in hearing how you do this too. I also see you don't use a crash with your left hand. What kind of music you play?

Actually thats a second snare haha. I have one where the snare usually is then that one you see in the picture. The high up one sounds like a marching snare which is really fun to use. As for the benefits, the rotos are nice and easy to use now then where they originally were and its a really different set up that i love.

I have drum videos on youtube but not this set up. The sound quality is horrible of the camera i used but i will try to make a new video soon and post it on this thread. As for the types of music i play, I play pretty much everything. I can play a nice easy slow beat then go into a fast death metal double bass beat. I dont have an actual type of music i only play.
