the most you've spent i just priced the custom set i would buy if i had the money. i figured it would cost about $6725, its from truth drums. i know ill probably never buy anything that expensive, even though id love to.
so whats the most you have ever spent on a set?
and what was that set like? |

and is a one-of-a-kind Sonor Designer in my own custom colour.

Re: the most you've spent Their drums are made of different woods look and you'll see, of course he's selling their appearance you don't think he's going to make them look like crap do you?why don't you look at the different wood he offers and then match them up to someone else?

Re: the most you've spent The bottom line is that something (in this case drums) is only worth what the market will bear. I say if he can get 3x the money for them, more power to him. I agree, for that kind of money, unless I was independantly wealthy, I would settle for Sonor or DW. |

Re: the most you've spent well slingerland i checked out that site. and they definitely have some nice sets. i think just about all the custom drum manufacturers are about the same in their price, though. there are obviously some exceptions but thats my conclusion i think. |

The Gretsch "custom" Blackhawk.
It's going to be about $1030- $1200.
