A friend of mine who was thinking of getting endorsed by DDrum Broke their coolest looking snare... They didn't give him the best out come (as I remember). It was A popcorn.
Concurrently interested. I haven't heard a lot about ddrum being great or terrible, not in the same way that Gretsch, Mapex, and Yamaha are polarized. Anyone have experience with this kit? I'm thinking about it as my next one, seeing as its, quite bluntly, a good amount of drums for the value, and though I'm not obsessed with size, I am used to kits of a larger size.

It's pretty cool looking set. It has a free bass too. Nice choice to look at.
A "semi pro" 7 piece shell pack (basswood to boot) for 549.00 bux? get serious. I would listen to the warning the guy that left the review is giving. This is at best an entry level kit, and if that is what you are in the markey for then go for it. If you want something that will last and sound good look elsewhere.
