Has anyone had any experience with this fairly new Ludwig product? I'm looking seriously at it because it has all birch shells. I'm a little concerned that it's unique layout may become a pain down the road. It comes with 2 8x20 inch kick drums that can be connected together to make one bass or played as a double bass kit. It has 10, 12, 14 and 16 inch toms and a 13 inch snare. Because of its uniqueness, I'd like to hear from anyone that has played it or owns this kit before I plunk down the dough. THANKS!!
