Now, what it comes down to is how the set sounds to you. Go play it or have someone else play it while you listen, or both. Mahogany shells are decent for a starter kit. Others may be able to evaluate the cymbals and hardware, but I can't. The bottom line is how it sounds to you.
One issue is whether you could buy a higher-quality kit used for the same money. A used mid-level kit tuned right would probably sound better and last longer. Do you have a drummer buddy who could help you look around?
Hope this helps.
