Cool Re: First Drum Kit advice please......

well.... i am upper lower middle class ( meaning im below middle class, but am not THAT bad financially) im 14 btw... i`ve looked around for the cheapest possible deals around...... heres what my drum set will consist of.... ( dont have them yet..)

Gammon 5 peice kit with extra boom stand. comes with everything you need to start playing.. drums, hardware and cymbals.

then i`ll need to get a double bass pedal... debating what ill get. either gammon double bass for 89.99 or sound percussion for 99.98. both look REALLY good.

then ill need to upgrade and get more cymbals cuz the cymbals with the drum set will SUCK!!!! ill also need stands... i already have a sabian b8 14" thin crash and a stand for 10 bucks... the cymbal for FREE!!! and the stand for 10 bucks used. i will get the sabian b8 performace pack with free 18' thin crash ( 14' HH`s , 16'' crash. 18' thin crash, and 20" medium ride) and a wuhan pack ( 18" china and 10" splash). sounds expensive.. it kinda is if ur on a budget, but for all those cymbals said. u can get it all for 285 dollars US!!!!!!! stands will cost an additional 80 dollars.. which im okay with .. over all, what i just mentioned is the cheapest possible mix available. around 700+ dollars. which is GREAT since it includes EVERYthing a metal drummer needs..... u can`t get any lower without settling for crap. thats just my suggestion for u all in need of a cheap drum set/ cymbals

Nice nice.
Everything on my set was around $800.
PDP CX Series Blue Onyx finish; came with all the hardware and throne.
Zildjian ZBT Pack.
Had it for like six years and it looks good as new(:
