I usually research new things a little before I buy, but... A local music store here started handling Big Dog drum hardware. I'm always a good patsy for trying new things if they make me a good deal, so being intrigued I bought their Pro Double Pedal. Other than the fact that it seemed to take forever to get it dialed in good for me tension wise (very sensitive) it seems to be pretty good, double chain drive, very smooth, a lot of nice features. At first, using it felt like running down a hill too fast and loosing control, but I am getting used to it... I think with a better pair of beaters it has some potential, but I've only been playing with it for a couple days... Has anyone else used these pedals? Opinions?
