I hate to say this but if you are dent them really fast after you are getting them you are probably just hitting them way to hard.
It could have somthing to do with how you have them set up but I would say only if youare stiking them at and angle and I mean like the heads are going strait up and down and would look flat when you are sitting behind the set.

as I have always told my students set the toms up so that you are comfertbale playing them. but would say that you are just playing really hard on them and I say that because I used to do it and I would eat thru some heads.

even now I still go thru snare heads quick and I only get about 1-2 months out of them and I know it's because I am playing to hard.
but about the only head I have had really good luck with is the remo pin stripe
but Im sure that others will recomend to you other brands but Im just saying that I tryed a lot of them and those where the ones I had the most luck with untill I learned to stop playing so hard.

but like I said there could be other reasons that they are denting so easly but thats the forst thing that comes to my mind.

i also find that my heads dent more easily if i muffle the heads on the toms.. let the drum resonate and don't go through the head

well if you look at it completely with physics, there will be more force on the heads if you angle it so that the head gets the blunt of the blow

but like full_metal said, maybe you should try a thicker head, like a pinstripe or something 2 ply

also, it wouldn't hurt to try playing more quietly.. i found that playing dynamics will improve your style and chops dramatically

You may be hitting them too hard. NO worries, learning to 'be kind and/or gentle' to your set takes time and practice, as you know full well by now. Perhaps try hitting your toms a little more lightly, they will produce sound in the same way, just know that to get lots of colume from your drums (toms) you need to them hard so much as increase your 'striking distance'. I'm not sure how to say this any better. I don't know if this will establish any credibility in your mind buy hey, 8 and 1/2 years playing and I've broken 3 drumheads. Learning to relax is the best thing for you and it cause or builds endurance also such that you will able to play faster, longer! good luck, I hope it goes well for you!

On my old set I had really cheap head, and I dented them occasionaly, then one time my brother played my set (he plays trumpet, not drumset) and hit the drums super hard. They were REALLY badly dented and he hadn't even played that long, just really hard.

So I would suggest different heads, and don't hit so hard.

I think that the way you muffle your drums also factors in. If you have tape on ur drum heads for example, that will restrict the heads from vibrating naturally and they'll dent more easily as well.

Not to be rude but to get straight to the point:

His technique is: He's beating the H3ll out of his drums. That's why the heads dent.
